Ryan Monk brings over 12 years of leadership experience in education, complemented by a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship from SUNY Purchase. With more than 20 years of hands-on home renovation experience, he offers clients valuable insight into home construction, remodeling, property value, and renovation potential.

As a Mount Pleasant resident and dedicated board member of the Valhalla Schools Foundation, Ryan is deeply committed to strengthening the local community while providing thoughtful, client-focused guidance throughout every real estate transaction.

As a licensed New York real estate agent with Howard Hanna Rand Realty, Ryan is based out of the Thornwood office, where he is part of a team led by veteran broker Don Dwyer. Together, their team has successfully sold more than 100 homes throughout the Westchester area in the past year, providing clients with the advantage of local expertise, proven market knowledge, and a strong track record of results.
